Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Returning Goods

  • Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, undamaged, and suitable for resale).

  • Returns must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to cancel.

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the items unless they are faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt, and we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund (including return postage costs).
